Accountability Report 2001-02

On March 8, 2002, the province announced plans to merge Nova Scotia Economic Development (NSED) and the Technology and Science Secretariat (TSS) to form the new office of Economic Development (ED). The accountability report that appears here was prepared for what is now the former NSED. Once the merger of the two organizations is complete, an accountability report for ED will be posted.

Nova Scotia Economic Development

The accountability report of Nova Scotia Economic Development for the year-ended March 31, 2002, is prepared pursuant to the Financial Measures Act (2000). The Act requires the reporting of outcomes against the department’s business plan for the fiscal year.
