Welcome to the Health Promotion Clearinghouse (HPC), your online resource to find out more about what's happening in health promotion in Nova Scotia. We work with organizations and communities toward enabling people to take control over their health and over the conditions that affect it. Please explore these pages for information on resources, events and initiatives on many health promotion topics. And please contact us if you don't find what you are looking for or would like to recommend a change or addition to our website.
The HPC also offers a twice-monthly E-Bulletin, providing a snapshot of the previous two weeks of our website's postings. It summarizes the activities and events of relevance to Nova Scotia's health promoters, lists our new resources, and includes a compilation of the still timely job, volunteer, funding, and presentation opportunities.
