Extreme Drinking: a dangerous way to party

Here are some materials that are part of a new public education campaign about extreme drinking recently launched by our department. The extreme drinking campaign is aimed at 19- to 29-year-olds and provides information about the physical impact of alcohol, offers safer drinking approaches and provides advice on how to handle and recognize alcohol poisoning.

Recent research indicates alcohol consumption among young adults is supported by a subculture that glamorizes drinking and intoxication.
