MLA for Truro - Bible Hill
First elected to Legislative Assembly in March 1998; re-elected July 1999,
August 2003 and June 2006. Cabinet duties have included Attorney General; Minister
of Justice, Minister of Health, and Minister of Education. He has been Minister responsible for the Human Rights Act, the Regulations Act, Part II of the Workers’ Compensation
Act and Minister responsible for the Youth Secretariat Act.
