2006/11/22 Moncton couple arrested for production and distribution of child pornography, Moncton, N.B. During the early morning of Wednesday, November 22, 2006 the RCMP Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Section with the assistance of the Codiac Regional RCMP executed a search warrant in a Moncton home. ICE members arrested a 42 year old man and 39 year old woman, both from Moncton, for production, distribution ,and possession of child pornography. Several items including computer equipment relating to child pornography were also seized. A 14 year old girl was removed from the residence and is presently in the care of Child and Family Services. Tôt le matin du mercredi 22 novembre 2006, le Groupe de lutte contre l’exploitation des enfants dans Internet de la GRC, avec l’aide de certains membres du Service régional de Codiac de la GRC, ont exécuté un mandat de perquisition dans un domicile de Moncton. Les membres du Groupe ont arrêté deux personnes de Moncton, un homme de 42 ans et une femme de 39 ans, pour production, distribution, et possession de matériel de pornographie juvénile. Plusieurs articles liés à la pornographie juvénile ont été saisis, y compris de l’équipement informatique. Une jeune adolescente de 14 ans a été retirée du foyer et placée sous la garde des Services familiaux et de l’enfance. Les deux adultes ont été relâchés sous stricte condition et ils comparaîtront en cour à une date ultérieure. - 30 - Personne-ressource : cap.
