In September 2004, the Population and Public Health Branch (PPHB) of Health Canada transitioned into the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). With this transition, regional PPHB Offices have now become regional Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) Offices. Look at the Public Health Agency of Canada in the region of Alberta/Northwest Territories.
