Support is directed toward developing an indigenous research capacity to sustain policies and technologies that developing countries need to build healthier, more equitable, and more prosperous societies.</span></p> <br> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif">A Crown corporation, IDRC works collaboratively with many federal government departments, especially Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada and the Canadian International Development Agency. She has 20 years of professional experience in management, strategic planning and economic development in aboriginal communities, and has worked extensively in Africa and Asia. Ms. Coyle also holds various volunteer positions.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0.0691667in">&#160;</p> <p style="margin-top: 0.0691667in"><span style="font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-weight: bold">Dr. Xue Lan</span> is professor and Executive Associate Dean of the School of Public Policy and Management, at Tsinghua University, Beijing, People&#8217;s Republic of China. His teaching and research interests include public policy analysis and management, and science and technology policy.
