Small Business Week®: an event that recognizes the important contribution small businesses make to the Canadian economy. Every year, hundreds of activities are held during the last week of October providing training and development opportunities for entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs, enabling them to meet other business people and to share ideas.

Young Entrepreneur Awards: a celebration of the achievements of outstanding young Canadian entrepreneurs. This ceremony is held during October's Small Business Week®.
