Passport on-lineThe passport on-line form is an interactive application that will guide you through all sections of the form. This new initiative helps to minimize errors and eliminate omissions. You will need to print your application form, sign it and have your guarantor sign your completed application form and one of your photos. You will have to either present your application with supporting documents to one of our service locations or mail it in with the supporting documents. The passport on-line form is not yet available to all Canadians. If you can answer yes to all 3 questions below, you can use the passport on-line form to complete your passport application.
How does the passport on-line form workThere are 4 sections to the passport on-line form. Each section is sub-divided and contains a number of steps to help you complete your passport application form. The sections are:
Using epass CanadaWith epass login, you do not have to complete the entire form in one visit. When you save your application, you have 60 days to come back to complete it. To register for an epass, you will need to create a username and password, and select three questions and answer them. Registration for an epass may take up to ten minutes. To access passport on-line form anytime in the future, you will use the same username and password every time you logon. If you already have an epass, you do not need to register again.
