Injured Workers
We all have a responsibility to work safely - for life. But injuries happen, and when they do, benefits and services are available help you recover and get back to work. The Workers' Compensation Board provides benefits for injured workers, return-to-work programs following a workplace injury, education tools and resources on prevention, and incentive programs for employers. If you disagree with a decision of the board, there is free legal assistance through the Workers' Advisers Program. Decisions of the board may be appealed to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal.
