Who We Are

The Workers' Advisers Program is a legal clinic that is funded by the provincial government offering services to injured workers.

Our purpose is to provide legal assistance when an injured worker has been denied Workers' Compensation Board benefits. Read our Frequently Asked Questions

Our advisers and support staff are dedicated to providing injured workers with the best legal advice, assistance and representation available in the area of Workers' Compensation law.
