RCMP MEMBERS SHOT AND INJURED - UPDATE
Two RCMP officers who were shot Friday night near Spiritwood remain in serious condition in intensive care at Saskatoon Royal University Hospital. Their families have authorized the release of their names and pictures to the public.

Constable Robin Cameron, 29, is originally from Beardy’s First Nation in Saskatchewan. She was posted to Beauval detachment in northern Saskatchewan before transferring to Spiritwood in 2003. Robin has 5 years service with the RCMP. She has an 11 year old daughter.
Constable Marc Bourdages, 26, is originally from Saint-Eustache, Quebec and has been an RCMP member for 5 and a half years. He was previously posted in Lac La Biche, Alberta and Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan and joined the Spiritwood detachment last year. He is married to a fellow RCMP officer, also posted at Spiritwood, and they have a 9 month old son.
The families of Constables Bourdages and Cameron met privately this morning at the hospital with Commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli, Deputy Commissioner Bill Sweeney of the RCMP’s North West Region and Assistant Commissioner Darrell McFadyen, the Commanding Officer of “F” Division along with Saskatchewan Justice Minister Frank Quennell and Deput Minister Doug Moen.
The search for the suspect and the investigation into this incident is ongoing.
