Huge plastics industry fair coming up in Germany
Friedrichshafen, Germany, October 18-22, 2005 > The Fakuma International Trade Fair
for Plastics Processing, in its 17th edition, will be larger than ever this year. The 11 trade fair
halls, which will encompass a total of 67,000 square metres, have been completely
booked—1,471 exhibitors from 34 countries will be presenting their products and more than
36,000 trade visitors are expected at the fair.
The product range on display at Fakuma will include machines and systems, peripheral
equipment, raw materials, additives, tools and moulds, automation and quality control. In
other words, anything and everything related to injection, moulding and extrusion. As a
specialty, the extrusion sub-sector will have its own presentation platform (hall 6).
