![]() Canada’s Environment Minister to Address Intergovernmental Panel on Climate ChangeOTTAWA, September 23, 2005 – Media representatives are advised that Environment Minister Stéphane Dion will be in Montreal to open the plenary session of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) on Monday, September 26. With a membership of more than 2000 leading climate change scientists and experts from all around the world, the IPCC is recognized as the most authoritative scientific advisory body on climate change science in the world.
