September 22, 2005

PDF version PDF - 21Kb

Those interested in applying for Own Use Import permits for ClearOut™ 41 Plus for this use-season are advised to submit their applications for importation as soon as possible and prior to 30 September 2005.

Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has been advised by provincial experts that, based on historical weather records, the last date of use of ClearOut™ 41 Plus is likely to be 20 October 2005. Typically, by this date, snow or frost conditions prevent further use of this product in accordance with the label directions.

Applications are requested by 30 September 2005, to allow sufficient time for the review of import permits and subsequent importation of product approved. Applications are available on-line, from local PMRA offices or from the Pest Management Information Service at 1-800-267-6315. A copy of the bilingual label must be submitted with the application.
