Minister of National Defence flies with the Snowbirds
15 WING MOOSE JAW – The Minister of National Defence, Bill Graham, took to the skies this week flying with Canada’s aerial ambassadors, the Snowbirds. The Minister went on a familiarization flight with Major Chris Hope, Snowbird 5, in the CT-114 Tutor. The Minister’s flight with the Snowbirds was part of a two-day
visit to 15
Wing Moose Jaw, where he visited with student
pilots, the NATO Flying Training in Canada facility and the Military Family Resource
Centre. The Minister has toured several Air Force Wings since taking
over the Defence portfolio. His most recent visit was to 4 Wing Cold
Lake for Exercise
