Emerge
This project brings together employees of school boards and provincial government departments to improve their human resource management tools, processes and information. The goal is greater effectiveness and efficiency through such underlying principles as one-stop service, and better decision-making through better information. It is a collaborative project, maximizing standardization among the eight organizations. Collaborative use of technology and information across the public sector is a strategic objective of the Government of Nova Scotia.
