Reverse Trade Shows

Reverse Trade Shows

A twist on the traditional trade show which allows sellers to visit government display booths to discuss potential products or services.

The Reverse Trade Show concept has been developed to work collaboratively across government departments, throughout the broader public sector, and with our community and business partners. The Reverse Trade Shows are meant to strengthen the relationships and understanding between public and private interests in Nova Scotia to assist in building a thriving economy.

Some of the objectives
  • inform Nova Scotia businesses about opportunities
  • increase the number of suppliers participating in the provincial standing offers
  • aid local businesses to become more competitive
  • inform businesses about the role of the Office of Economic Development and its agencies in supporting the growth of the provincial economy
