This will be Mr.&#160;Douste-Blazy&#8217;s first trip to Canada as Foreign Affairs Minister.</span></span></p> <br> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 12pt">&#8220;I welcome this important and early first meeting with my French counterpart, given the cultural, linguistic, historic and economic ties between Canada and France.
