Annual Survey

Dear clients,

This year, Environics Research, on the behalf of Passport Canada, will be conducting our annual National Client Satisfaction survey. The survey will be conducted from April 30, 2006 through May 18, 2006. Clients who have applied for a passport or travel document over the past four months may be contacted in order to get feedback about the services received. Should you get a call, we ask that you please take the time to participate, as the results of this study will be used to improve the services provided by Passport Canada.
