Northern events
People in Northern communities love to get together. It's traditional to celebrate the seasons, especially spring and summer, with festivals where everybody enjoys northern food specialties, music and dancing, races, games and bush-skill contests. Sports events, for skiers, runners, golfers and cyclists are popping up everywhere. And the number of northern arts and music festivals is growing each year.
