Data Liberation
Initiative (DLI)
The Data Liberation Initiative (DLI) is
an excellent example of a cost effective method for
improving data resources for Canadian post secondary
institutions. With this program, participating
institutions pay an annual subscription fee that allows
their faculty and students unlimited access to numerous
Statistics Canada public use microdata files, databases
and geographic files. Use of these files is limited to
academic research and teaching purposes. To read additional information on
this program.
The DLI community
Includes lists of participating institutions and
their official contacts, the External Advisory
Committee and the Statistics Canada DLI team;
instructions for joining the DLI listserv; and
links for DLI contacts to submit and check an
order on-line..
|
The DLI
collection

in collection; survey names and acronyms; product
release dates; additions and changes to the
collection; etc.
