User name and password

If you are accessing E-STAT through your school and your IP (Internet Protocol) address has been registered, no user name or password is required. Please ask your licence administrator (Internet technician or librarian) to let us know if there have been any changes to your IP addresses.

Educators and students, you can access E-STAT from your home (via user name and password or other methods) as long as your school is already registered.

If you don't know your school user name:

• Click Educational institutions registered with E-STAT to verify that your school is already registered, and to find your user name [in brackets].

If you don't know your school password:

• Ask your school's Internet technician or librarian.

At universities participating in the Data Liberation Initiative (DLI), ask your contact how to access E-STAT.

In the meantime, students, contact us to automatically receive a temporary user name and password for immediate access.

Educators, teachers, contact E-STAT for your access information.

• E-STAT does not provide Depository Services Program (DSP) libraries with user names and passwords.
