Welcome to the Human Resources Management Modernization site! On these pages you will find information on the HRMM Organization and on the many HRMM initiatives currently underway.

Since the implementation of the Public Service Modernization Act (PSMA) in November 2003 and its subsequent pieces of legislation, the Agency has developed various tools and products to inform deputy heads, managers and employees about the various policies under the new Act and how these changes will impact human resources management within federal organizations.

The site is also intended as a resource centre with materials and tools that support PSMA and HRMM implementation.
