PDF Files To view the PDF version of a document you may require Acrobat Reader available from Adobe or other software capable of viewing PDF files. An accessible version of Acrobat Reader , which includes support for screen readers, can also be downloaded. Alternatively, you can convert a PDF file to HTML or ASCII text by using one of the Adobe conversion services. RTF Files To view the RTF version of a document you will need a word processing software. Several viewers are available free of charge for this type of alternate format, such as Microsoft Word Viewer. PPT Files To view the PPT version of a document you will need a presentation software. Several viewers are available free of charge for this type of alternate format. MultimediaPages and files may be offered in various multimedia formats. Users may use the following links to obtain software to enable the viewing of multimedia formats. Audio Files ASF Files Audio files with a .asf extension can generally be opened with the default audio player software installed on your computer. Several audio players are available free of charge such as: RealPlayer MP3 Files Audio files with a .mp3 extension can generally be opened with the default audio player software installed on your computer.
