The Financial Services OmbudsNetwork provides to financial services consumers in Canada single-window access to information on how to obtain assistance or recourse if they have questions, concerns or complaints. This service is provided at no charge to the consumer.

The OmbudsNetwork has three components.

• Individual financial services companies and their own complaint management processes, always the place to begin if you have a concern or complaint
• The Centre for the Financial Services OmbudsNetwork (CFSON)
• Industry-level OmbudServices
