Minister of Finance Ralph Goodale to Address the Calgary Chamber of Commerce

Minister Goodale will be the guest speaker at a luncheon hosted by the Calgary Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, September 21, 2004. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m., with the Minister scheduled to begin speaking at approximately 12:25 p.m.

The Minister will talk about the Government of Canada’s key priorities and how it intends to meet the challenge of financing them while maintaining balanced budgets or better.

The event will take place at the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, 255 Barclay Parade SW, Calgary.

There will be a question-and-answer session following the Minister’s speech and a media availability at approximately 1:30 p.m.
