Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty to address the Kiwanis Club of Nepean

Minister Flaherty will be the guest speaker at a dinner hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Nepean on Wednesday, May 3, 2006. The Minister will begin his address at approximately 7:45 p.m.

The Minister will speak about the Government’s economic and fiscal priorities as they relate to the 2006 federal budget.

The event will take place at the Centurion Conference and Event Centre, 170 Colonnade Road South, in Ottawa.

The Minister will hold a media availability at approximately 8:15 p.m.
