1996 Budget - Toll-Free Information Hotline
The Department of Finance will open today a national telephone hotline for Canadians who want information or free documents pertaining to the 1996 federal Budget.
The bilingual telephone hotline will be open on Budget day, Wednesday, March 6, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST. The line will be open Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST.
