The Federal Accountability Act will be tabled in Parliament on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at approximately 10:00 a.m. An Action Plan will also be released. At 10:15 a.m. John Baird, President of the Treasury Board, will join the Prime Minister in a media availability in the Foyer of the House of Commons. At 11:00 a.m. government officials will provide a not-for-attribution technical briefing to provide journalists with background information on the proposed legislation and Action Plan in the National Press Theatre.
