2006-2007 Part III - RPP Information update #2

Volume 1-2
(Friday, June 16, 2006)

Please Note:

  1. Planned Spending numbers will be provided to departments by end of June.
  2. If applicable, departments and agencies may use their newly approved (June 2006) Program Activity Architecture. However, they must:
    • provide a crosswalk in Section I;
    • ensure all information including the financial section reflect the new structure; and
    • ensure that Public Accounts for 2006-2007 reflect the new structure (i.e. coding).

If departments or agencies are not prepared to use their new PAA but would like to make reference to the upcoming restructure, they may do so under the Other Items of Interest section.

  1. Signed print-ready documents and electronic files are due at the Treasury Board Secretariat on or before August 21, 2006.
  2. The tentative tabling date for RPPs is September 26, 2006.
  3. Additional information sessions will not be held prior to the submission date. Any questions you have can be directed to your appropriate RPP contact.

Note: Departments and agencies that previously dealt with Helen King should now contact Vanessa Voss at 613-957-2614 .
