The Personnel Psychology Centre (PPC) is an internationally recognized leader in the personnel assessment field. A division of the Public Service Commission of Canada, the PPC offers a range of assessment instruments and services to federal government departments and agencies. With over 30 years of experience, the PPC is known for the quality of its assessment products and for the degree to which they meet the requirements of merit, equity, fairness and transparency. PPC staff are highly-trained professionals who combine expertise in the personnel assessment field with broad experience in the public sector.
