Welcome to the Management Trainee Program (MTP) Brokerage site!
The objective of the Brokerage site is to provide a common portal for both managers and departmental MTP coordinators to post their assignment opportunities and to view management trainees' résumés. This site will also allow management trainees to post their résumé and view available assignment opportunities. In order to gain access to this
site, management trainees, departmental MTP coordinators and managers will need to obtain a username and a password.
