We need your help!
In addition to the compendiums of good practices published in 2004 and in
1999, we regularly include your good practices on the OLLO Web site. We are aware that it is but a small sample of all the good practices being applied in institutions; this is certainly not an exhaustive list. They have been organized into eight categories: Language of Work, Products, Networking, Service to the Public, Culture Change, Leadership, Learning Retention and Second-Language Learning.
In general, these practices can be applied to any organization. We encourage you to adapt these good practices to your situation or to create new ones. Each one can contribute to a change in culture. We invite you to obtain more information on each of these practices or to initiate discussion by communicating with the appropriate contact.
The practices are not protected by copyright.
Share your experiences with us by writing to OLLO@hrma-agrh.gc.ca
