Ministerial Correspondence and Enquiries
This class of information contains correspondence received by the Secretariat from external organizations or
individuals in the form of requests for information, complaints, opinions and other similar submissions.
This information exists in a fragmented form throughout the subject files controlled by the Secretariat and is
normally retrievable only if specifics are provided concerning the subject and the date of the correspondence. The
retention period for this class of personal information is controlled by the retention period of the files in which they
are stored.
