Those working in departmental human resources operational services are currently sending out signals, as they have for many years, that there is an urgent need to address the shortage of FTEs (full time equivalents) involved in the delivery of human resources services. In response, HRCS is developing tools to help calculate the number of FTEs needed for service delivery in
staffing, compensation. Ultimately, the goal of this project is to help HR managers in making decisions about HR service delivery methods, organization structures/models and other issues faced by their departments. Read about
