BIOGRAPHIES

Johanne Brodeur
Johanne has worked for the Department of National Defence and currently works as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Chief Information Officer Branch of the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS).  At National Defence, she planned and developed an international Memorandum of Understanding for the Defence Industry Cooperation.  Johanne was also involved in preparation for Canadian Missions abroad.  At TBS (October 1998 to May 2000), Johanne was involved in a collaborative effort with other departments and agencies in the development of programs and briefings for visiting delegations from abroad to provide information on public management and administrative reforms.  Johanne is currently spearheading the TBS' initiative for the renewal of the Treasury Board Management of Government Information Holdings (MGIH) Policy in consultation with other government departments and agencies.  As well, she has organized a government-wide consultation on the draft Management of Government Information (MGI) Policy to replace the current MGIH Policy.
