As requested by the Deputy Minister of Finance at a meeting held on February 8, 2002, and as agreed to in my engagement letter of April 23, 2002, please find attached my Report (in both English and French) dated July 12, 2002 entitled:

ACCOUNTANT’S REPORT on the results of applying specified auditing
procedures performed in connection with the Canada Customs and Revenue
Agency’s (CCRA) assertion that there are unlikely to be other provincial
income tax reporting omissions similar to the omission of provincial
capital gains refunds earned by mutual find trusts
This report deals with the third task contained in my engagement letter, and in conjunction with my reports provided to you on June 3, 2002 completes all tasks agreed to.
