Calculator The tax calculator: These Finance Canada pages will on Budget Day feature a calculator that provides information on the approximate impact the Budget has on you.
Multimedia presentation The Multi-media presentation: These pages will feature the full Budget story as told through images, animation, charts and tables.
Budget Highlights The Budget Highlights: These pages will summarize in short, active multi-media presentations the key elements of Budget 2000.

To view any of the above you need to have downloaded and installed a small file called Shockwave Flash. To see if you already have Flash, click on the following icon (Click on your browser "Back" button to return to this page afterwards):

To obtain the Flash plug-in, visit the Macromedia site.

Audio-visual Audio-visual clips: These Finance Canada pages also feature short videos of Finance Minister Paul Martin, backed up by explanatory graphics, taking viewers through a sound and image presentation of the Budget'skey features. 
Viewing these clips requires that you have downloaded and installed a media player. Although primarily intended for use with RealPlayer, the clips will also run using Microsoft’s Media-Player.

 If you did not see anything, you need to download and install the most recent version of the free RealPlayer software.
It is important to be aware that the company offers on the same page a version called "RealPlayer Plus", for which there is a charge. The free version is simply called "RealPlayer".
To obtain the player, visit the Real.com site and click on the "RealPlayer" link.

You can use Flash or a player to see previous years’ budget material from the Budget Info page. (Select a year and then select the link to the multimedia presentations).
