MFR
Self-Assessment Chart
Use this like a gant chart. Shade the boxes up to the level assessed.
After completing the form, you will have a better idea of what particular
facets of your organization are strong in MFR and where the weaknesses are. The
table will give you some idea of where an action plan for implementing MFR can
focus. The detailed self-assessment may provide more information on weaknesses.
To get a sense of where you stand overall, focus on the first element,
"Using results to manage." You can either average out the findings to give you
a relatively optimistic indication of transition level, or use an audit
approach by selecting the lowest stage at which you are in this element.
