May 5, 2006 - Correction to the PSEA: not subject.
Correction was made to the coming into force date.
P.C. Decision 2000-0842 fixes June 7, 2000, as the day upon which this Act (Bill C-13), being chapter 6 of the Statutes of Canada, 2000, shall come into force, except for sections 40, 41, 43, 45, 47, 49 and 51.
Royal Assent: April 13, 2000.
Bill C-13 (36/2), as passed by the HoC on March 29, 2000, establishes the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
