P.C. decision 1996-2005 changed the name of the Canada Retail Debt Agency to Canada Investment and Savings, designating it as part of the Public Service of Canada for the purpose of the FAA, adding its name to the Schedule to the PSSRA (separate employers).
P.C. decision 1995-1297 authorizes the Deputy Minister of Finance to exercise and perform all of the powers and functions of the Treasury Board in the field of Personnel Management.
P.C. decision 1995-1296 designates this Agency as part of the public service of Canada for the purposes of sections 11, 12 and 13 of the FAA, and adding its name to Part II of Schedule I to the PSSRA.
