FIP Signatures
Each institution has named an official (usually referred to
as FIP Coordinator)
to manage its corporate identity. All enquiries should be routed through the official
designated by your institution.
Each institution is responsible for the procurement of its signatures. Note that
institutional FIP signatures
for E-mail identification differ significantly from those
for Web sites.
Please refer to Part 1 of Titles of
Federal Organizations (March 12, 1998) and use the "applied titles" (in bold)
as the alt text equivalent for your FIP signature.
