Marie-Josée Présault, Translation Bureau
Michel Des Rochers, Treasury Board of Canada, Secretariat
The Chief Information Officer Branch (CIOB) Glossary is a collection of approximately 3 250 entries that were extracted from the CIOB Web site and a large number of internal documents. The Glossary therefore contains terminological information from the main sectors of activity of the Chief Information Officer Branch, namely information technology and communications, informatics, information management, IM/IT (information management/information technology) policies, assets management, human resources and the Government On-Line/Service Improvement initiative.

The IM community now has its own discussion list!
IMLIST-LISTEGI is an electronic mailing list for discussion of the issues related to information management in the Government of Canada. The list is a forum for distributing news and information of interest to the information management community, and for discussing issues and challenges of common concern.

The list is unmoderated and is open to anyone interested in communicating with federal government information specialists and managers about information management issues.

Feel free to post in English or in French.

Sending a message to the list allows you to communicate with all the subscribed members of the IMLIST-LISTEGI mailing list.

To subscribe to the list, send a message to
IMLIST-LISTEGI@ls.tbs-sct.gc.ca with just "SUBSCRIBE" (no quotes) in the subject field.
