[Presentation] The Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is designed to ensure that the privacy of individuals and their personal information are treated as a core consideration throughout the design, re-design, development and implementation of an IM/IT project. This presentation walks through some of the findings and lessons learned from conducting a PIA in a real-world program and service application.
