Using the Model

  • Parliament:

    • compare DPRs each year
    • ask for improvements
    • assess progress over time

  • OAG:

    • audit tool for rating DPRs - report annually
    • Departments better understood by our own audit teams

  • Departments:

    • potentially a useful tool for self-assessment
    • but not a template for preparing a DPR
