The CCRW is a network of organizations and individuals that provides leadership in programs and services for job seekers with disabilities and businesses committed to equity and inclusion. A one-stop shop for disability and employment resources, CCRW works with businesses of all sizes in all industries through its Job Accommodation Service, Skills Training Partnership Program, Partners for Workplace Inclusion Program and the Disability Awareness Series, and more! The CCRW also provides support to individual job seekers through its WORKinkTM site, and develops disability-positive educational material for children in grades 3-5.

New Ability & Enterprise
Welcome to the new Ability & Enterprise (A&E)! Over the last few months the A&E has gone through an image makeover! You will notice extensive changes and improvements to its content, look and feel! $20,000 Scholarships for Student with Disabilities
With the support of TD Bank Financial Group, Toronto Rehab is able to provide scholarships of $20,000 and a supplement for educational expenses incurred as a result of the student's disability. Applicants must plan to be enrolled in a rehabilitation-related graduate program leading to a masters or doctoral degree at one of the eligible universities.

Summer Students 2006
The CCRW is pleased to welcome three new summer student staff who will be working as Research Assistants until September 1st. Their principal involvement will be collecting quantitative data for the Youth Ability in Skilled Trades (YAST) project.

Workplace Essential Skills Partnership Program (WESP GTA)
The CCRW through the very successful WESP (GTA) program has delivered employment results for persons with disabilities through an innovative partnership with the CNIB. This one year pilot project resulted in 27 new career positions and a two year commitment from Service Canada to continue the program.

Webcam Technology Offers Accessibility and Enhanced Communication to National Project
The CCRW is pleased to announce the acquisition of webcams and an e-conference license for staff of the Youth-Ability in Skilled Trades (YAST) project. E-conferencing will increase accessibility, interaction and cohesion among employees and management of the project
