Aboriginal Organizations

Section 1 Section 2 Section 3 Section 4
Before you apply

This section outlines financial support information for organizations conducting research or advocacy activities designed to improve the business climate for Aboriginal enterprise.

The application process for organizations seeking support for these activities differs from the regular process used by individual entrepreneurs. Before you proceed with an application, it is strongly recommended that you review the information in this section and then contact us to discuss your organization's proposed project.

Due to the broad range of opportunities possible in this area, you will need to submit a detailed proposal that outlines the objectives of the project, as well as the expected results and Aboriginal economic benefits. This includes a detailed work plan with costs and a time frame for activities. Applicants are required to submit proposals for conferences, seminars and workshops at least 90 days before the proposed start date.
