The Value of PMAC Education

PMAC is the principal source of training, education and professional development for supply chain management professionals in Canada.

Education and member development programs are delivered through the Provincial and Territorial Institutes, supported by the PMAC National office.

  • The Certified Professional Purchaser (C.P.P.) designation. The highest achievement in professional supply chain management education in Canada. Attaining the designation is a demonstrated career advantage.

  • The Certificate in Purchasing program. This program provides a tactical level of training in purchasing principles, tools and techniques. Customize your course selection to maximize the benefits.

  • A comprehensive program of Continuing Education and Professional Development. Our courses include seminars and workshops that provide specialized information on timely and topical trends and innovations in the field. Update your skill set with high-quality, convenient training programs.

All of PMAC’s programs are instructed and presented by distinguished academics and senior practitioners with real-world know-how and expertise, and are available across Canada.

PMAC is closely allied with post-secondary institutions across the country. In 1993, PMAC established Canada's first academic chair in purchasing at the Richard Ivey School of Business.
