Summer Student and Internship Employment for Aboriginal Students
(Business Development Bank of Canada)

Up to 20 Aboriginal students are provided summer employment and internship opportunities along with training each year.
Program Objective
Recruitment of Aboriginal students at university and community college and promote their services at the Business Development Bank of Canada Branch level.
Key Activities, Fiscal Year 2004-05
Presentations at Universities and community colleges to Aboriginal student body and presentations to VPAM's and Branch managers.
Program Outputs, Fiscal Year 2004-05
Introduce up to 20 youth each year to career opportunities with the Business Development Bank of Canada and in Banking.
